About

As Director of Information and Learning Services at Queen Margaret University I have overall strategic responsibility for the IT, AV, Library and Space Management services. I ensure that the operation of all these functions in in line with the institutional strategic objectives and how these can be implemented operationally. I lead a staff of approximately 50 who all strive to ensure that all our functions provide an excellent service to staff, students and researchers alike.

I have worked in higher education for over 10 years, at the London School of Economics prior to Queen Margaret University I undertook a variety of roles, junior and senior before taking up the new Directorship role in 2006.
